It is unlikely that construction will begin on a pickleball court for the north green until late 2024 at the earliest. The clubhouse will not be used as a warming centre during the winter of 2023-24.

During the winter months, members of the board of directors will meet with Councillor Cheng and a number of city departments—Parks, Forestry and Recreation, Corporate Real Estate Management and Shelter, Support and Housing Administration.
